Handmade Quality & Production
Every product is made to order using high‑quality materials. We use a method called DTF printing and also do custom embroidery. Because each piece is created by hand, natural variations may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of handmade items, and no two pieces will be identical.
Quality Assurance
All orders go through a careful quality‑control process. Items are not shipped if they show signs of damage or defects. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged and was missed during QC.
