Shipping policy
Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 7-21 business days depending on specific order. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Orders may also experience shipping delays due to inclement weather, supply chain issues, and other variable beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details vial the email provided. If you do not receive a shipping email, please check your spam or junk folders, and if you cannot locate the email, please send a request to order.fivehearts@gmail.com
Orders shipped with standard shipping rates generally arrive in 2-3 business days for Colorado residents. Orders shipped out-of-state generally arrive in 3-5 business days.
Please notify us BEFORE placing your order if you require delivery by a certain date so that we can make the proper arrangements.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs to the payment form used at purchase.
If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
